Restored Project #3 / 5 Years Later

We Stamped, Stained and Sealed this Model Home as we normally do in all our projects. As you can see in these pictures the design and colors we used in this Model Home greatly increase the curve appeal of this project.

After 5 years of heavy foot traffic, the entryway of this Model Home has lost about 10% of its color in the sidewalk and about 20% of its Border’s colors.

By Builder’s request we re-stain this project [Through our Home Builder’s Model Home Maintenance Program] but we didn’t seal it.

Our Home Builder Associate requested us to Re-stain this Model Home to increase its curve appeal, so they can keep selling more homes than their competition.
