This installation process is a compass guide to understanding how to accomplish a “Uniquely

STEP ONE I Design Meeting

First, we schedule a meeting, where I’ll gladly
walk you through all the necessary steps to
accomplish the installation of your “Uniquely
You” design. The design will be an alloy of
your ideas and my expertise.

With such collaboration, we’ll come up with a
unique design that will spice up your home.
And add the “WOW” factor you desire!

STEP TWO I Prep Work

Concrete overlay workload depends on the
condition of the surface.
Prior to the project, we’ll examine the
condition of your concrete floors to
discover any cracks, chipped sections,
concrete spalling, or surface damages.
We’ll then fix all concrete imperfections
before starting your project.

STEP THREE I Design Installation

After the preparatory stage of your project,
we’ll proceed to tracing and taping your
chosen design on the floors following
your specifications.

STEP FOUR I Design Approval

As soon as the lay out of your design is completed, we’ll meet again so you can visualize, evaluate and give an approval to proceed.
However, if there’s anything you wish to change or modify, this is the time to do it.

STEP FIVE I Stamp Coat

Once you have approved the design, we’ll proceed to applying our proprietary high strength stamp coat mix on the concrete floors – over the already traced and taped design.

STEP SIX I Base Color(s)

A day after applying the stamp coat on your design, we proceed to the next phase.
First we clean the stamped surface and remove all the left over stamp mix material to keep the design neat.
After the clean up process is completed, we’ll start the application of the base coat of our proprietary custom made concrete stain color(s). Then we’ll leave the stain long enough to dry off. Usually in winter, it takes us 24 hours to resume work after the base color(s) has been applied.

STEP SEVEN I Accent Color(s)

Immediately the base concrete stain color(s) have fully dried off, we proceed to stain by hand with our custom made accent color(s).
We’ll use color(s) that accents our base color(s).

STEP EIGHT I Color(s) Approval

After we’ve completely stained your STAMPED TEXTURE CONCRETE OVERLAYS, we’ll schedule another meeting with you. During this meeting, we’ll double check the colors to ensure perfection before we seal your project.

STEP NINE I Sealer Coat

Once the custom made color(s) on the STAMPED TEXTURE CONCRETE OVERLAY project have been approved, then we’ll apply the sealer coat over the stamped surface.

STEP TEN I Walkthrough

At this point we ascertain the perfection of your project and ensure there is no need for extra cleaning.
During the walkthrough phase, I will guide you through the maintenance process of your project, and answer any question you might have.
Note that the walkthrough only takes place after your project has been fully completed.
