Restored Project 1 - 3 Years Later | J.E. Montes Designs

The stained colors in this Model Home have lost about 30% of its original colors because of the dust flying around the area.

When we installed the Stamped Texture Concrete Overlays in this Model Home there were no homes built around this property yet, (as you can see in picture R#1 – 1/6).

After three years of daily and heavy foot traffic, the weather, and the dust from surrounding new construction being deposited on top of this project by the wind, its colors look dull, plain and faded out (as you can see in picture R#1 – 1/7).

Three years after, at no extra cost for the Home Builder, we re-stain (No Sealer Coat needed) the whole project to give it back its Wow factor and keep it in sshowroomcondition (as you can see in picture R#1 – 1/8 & 1/9).

  • Important: Our unique Home Builder’s Model Home Maintenance Program keeps our Home Builder’s old Model Homes in show room condition at all times. That’s why our Home Builders associates enjoy a higher sales volume than their competition.

In this project we originally stained its stone counter tops and sitting benches, and also re-stained them three years later as you can see on pictures (R#1 – 1/10 to 1/13).
